A delicious mélange of dark black berries, dark-roast espresso and hints of anisette opens up to reveal underlying warm mineral notes, cassis, violets and spice. Flavors: Signature black and red fruit flows freely across the palate, entwined with more espresso, dark chocolate, and touches of violet and licorice. ZD CABERNET SAUVIGNON, NAPA $84
Soft tannins with complex layers of flavor. This wine shows intense aromas of cassis, blackberry and plum. The dense concentrated palate offers subtle hints of vanilla, clove and mocha, and the lush, silky tannins round out the long, rich finish.

Intense complexity, structure, and elegance are the signature descriptors of this wine. Aromas open with clove, spice and concentrated black fruit. As the wine opens, distinct blackberry notes are revealed along with balanced acidity, rounded tannins and fresh fruit flavors. Vanilla, brown sugar and subtle pepper persist at the finish with lingering juicy red fruit as well.

Complex aromas of cherry and fig combine with spicy notes of vanillin and pepper. Delicate well-structured tannins provide a rich mouth feel and a lingering finish.

OBERNON MERLOT, NAPA $42
Blending fruit from classic and emerging appellations allowed us to take advantage of both the volcanic hillside soils and the deeper alluvial soils of the valley floor. With the diversity of flavors, we were able to create a well-rounded mouthful of wine.

DUTTON GOLDFIELD PINOT NOIR, RUSSIAN RIVER $68
The wine delivers as promised in the mouth, with dark blackberry and cranberry fruit, a touch of nutmeg spice, and wonderfully plush tannins. The combination of solidity and suppleness is striking, and the structure and acid freshness carries an almost sweet boysenberry finish for minutes in the mouth.
